What about straight people who shack up for the tax break?

It’s hurt all of society exponentially they’re now raping children and saying it’s their right

I don't even understand your point. I'm not advocating for this to become a major issue for Republicans to tackle right now.
This is a cultural issue, that is and will always be up for debate as long as we have free speech. Just because a certain issue is not currently in the overton window does not mean you can't debate it. I would say now more than ever now that we have 10 years after Obergerofell to view the results.
If pedophilia suddenly was deemed acceptable by the zeitgeist, would still not speak out against it because you thought it was a politician loser?

I'm for letting people die due to their own behaviors. Which would happen if you dipshits stopped trying to keep people alive.
I’m personally more invested in society being healthy. Even ignorant/dumb people are good contributors with a wholesome existence when society is healthy, and letting them kill themselves off (as you’ve stated in multiple threads on multiple topics is fine with you and even encouraged to prune the trash) is missing the forest for the trees.
If all of these types you alluded to all died off in one way or the other, it wouldn’t make society better, because all of these people are followers. Culture is downstream from the elite class. Our culture is bad because our society is broken at all levels. And whether you recognize it or not, the OP is one example of hundreds of a reason for that.

And what does 70% of this society think on the matter?
It doesn't matter what they think to you, because you're happy enough having the morality of 5 people decide an issue instead of the people.
I don't know why you keep attacking this particular straw man anyway. I've made zero claims about the popularity of gay marriage, so you can keep saying 70% but I have no idea what point you're trying to make. I'm discussing the larger issue of legislating morality and whose morality we're going to use.

People can do whatever they want but the state shouldn’t recognize it as marriage

Pure preogressivism.

Nope. Once you have a country that has legally and morally equated a husband-and-wife as the same as two cohabitating homos, you've crossed the event-horizon of civilizational decay. No surprise it opened the Pandora's Box to child-preying via drag-queen storytimes and surgical mutilations worthy of Josef Mengele. Nothing symbolizes America's utter descent into depravity than homo-marriage. It was the moment I knew the country was over and done.

You damned fundamentalists are just as bad the liberal blue-haired freakshows on the left. You want the government in our lives just as much as they do. Leave people be.
You are a fundamentalist too, but just in a different way. You are an avid Q anon believer, and that is probably because of a void you are trying to fill because society and the church failed you.

Why do you care what other people do in their lives? If two people who happen to be the same sex love each other and want to marry each other, how does this make your live so miserable?
Because I am forced to affirm their delusion. My community and state is forced to embrace a gay couple as just the same as a traditional couple. We are also handing children over to them, so now we bring children into this mix.
What if the law changed to allow consenting minors to marry adults? Explain how this affects your life and makes you so miserable? Isn't this the same logic?

I thought it was supposedly to be so that two lesbians could file taxes jointly and make medical decisions for each other, like regular married couples.
Didn't realize it was the foot in the door for the LGBT towards legalizing pedophilia.

Tell me the statistics of people that identify as LGBT, and in what way those statistics have changed over the last 20 years or so

I'm not saying you can't debate it, but you've already tried. Are you bringing up the table a new argument?

Choosing to commit gay acts is a choice. Unless rape is involved

Taking all the politics out of this Make the case why gay marriage is necessary?
Gay marriage was just part of the strategy to normalize any sexual relationships outside of the traditional heterosexual marriage.
Gay couples could have gotten 100% the same legal protections as married heterosexual couples back in the 90's but they wanted the term marriage to normalize their relationship in the eyes of society.
It's all part of Cultural Marxist Incrementalism/Slippery Slope.

There's no such thing as "Q anon". That name was made up by the media. It's just Q. And yeah, when when CNN, MSNBC, FOX, liberals, establishment GOP, etc all tell me that something is a lie and that I shouldn't believe it...you had best believe I'm going to believe it. But you keep listening to them like a good little sheep.

No. But I am happy we're not allowing the government to discriminate against something legally deemed a right.

Since we're a democratic republic, and so long as it's not violating the constitution, the 70%. Do you get the relevance now?

How do you propose the government put a stop to gay sex? Put cameras in everyone's homes, cars, hotel rooms, restrooms, etc?
The government shouldn’t do anything to stop it. It is (no longer) a crime, and I don’t think it should become a crime.
But the feds sanctioning that it is the same as hetero marriage is a clown act and a signal of a dying society. Being against elevating something is not the same as advocating for punishment and illegality of the act.
