She’s about to learn that she has no power over the SDNY. They will defy her and there is nothing she can do about it. She’s a figurehead with no real power. I would not be surprised if the SDNY starts investigating her for something.

Can she not fire them? Metrics Garland sure seemed to appoint who he wanted in places not to mention the prosecution of many republicans. I’d say she has some power. The question I have is whether she’s capable of doing it.
