You cannot serve two masters, I.E. "nominal" Christians will tend to live secular lives. They favor their lifestyle over their faith.
Also, there is no such thing as secularism, not in the true sense. People will replace God with something else (an ideology, political cause), but still pursue it with equal fervor as a religious person.
That is why leftism is like a religion.

Plus, you do realize there is a large group of Christians who reject the idea of freewill anyway right.
And they're horribly misguided.

quote:Rejecting religion is rejecting what other people tell you about god, not rejecting god himself. Your idea of God sounds like a narcissistic monster. If there is a God, I have faith that it’s nothing like the one you believe in
I said God knew in his foreknowledge they would reject him by their own freewill, regardless if they heard the gospel or not

We always tend to think others are misguided who are in groups in which we do not belong.

Jesus said himself, there is only one way that leads to Father God and that’s through him.
So since Christians are followers of Christ, they either believe him or reject Christianity completely.

I would loosely define spirituality as the ability to appreciate art, beauty, and to live life within the confines of love and empathy.
Kind of like how y'all define racism and socialism. Just make it up as you go!

Kudos.

To me, as a Christian, it seems that secularism is unmasking the true diabolical instincts of man.
The natural man, is an enemy to God.

Again, if a Christian can’t use the Bible as his guide, there is no such thing as Christianity.

Well.........yeah. If we thought the other group had it correct we’d join it.
