I agree. But if Israel was attacked from all sides by Arab states they would not be able to hold them off. Israel is a Welfare State that is propped up by the United States. It is a very one sided relationship. We get very little in return in fact we get more problems by supporting Israel. Israel needs to get off out teet and if they want to remain in that region they can do it alone. This idea that Americans must worship or kowtow to Israel is ridiculous. I blame Boomers mostly for that ridiculous logic.

Wrong. Was tried, they failed. They even had the Russians on their side helping. In fact, Egypt had German chemical warfare. The USA had to intervene before Egypt was totally taken.
You are very ignorant.
President Lyndon Johnson failed to find a diplomatic solution. He offered no aid to Israel's suffering economy, no warning to the Arabs not to attack, and no offer to aid Israel if the Arabs attack. Instead, he asked Israel to refrain from any military action so he can have more time for diplomacy.
Jordan was armed by.. the USA.
Israel had some French planes and British tanks, but no outside backing.
Just pure ignorance!
Our CIA warned the Arab nations Israel was going to attack.

That’s not a forgone conclusion. Israel did exactly that in 1948, with zero United States support. Even in the subsequent wars in 1967 and 1973, Israel had minimal U.S. support. Most of their armaments were purchased from France and the U.K. Let us also not forget that most Arab states were/are propped up by the Soviet Union/Russia, so you’re taking a myopic view of this argument. It wasn’t until the 1980s that U.S. military aid to Israel really ramped up, after Israel had already kicked in the barbarians’ teeth in three times.

False. Last year Israel received 3.8 billion in foreign aid (purely military aid), and their GDP is 400 billion. That’s less than 1% in case you can’t do math. But don’t let facts get in your way. Israel uses the bulk of that money to subsidize Healthcare for their citizens. We pay for it. It's not 1973 anymore. Do you remember what happened in Israel's last foray with Syria? The looked like keystone cops.

The Middle East is nothing more than war games for the military industrial complex to try out new weapons to sell to the USA and foreign countries. They stand on the sidelines and take notes as to the effectiveness.

That whole region sans Dubai, UAE, and Qatar is a cesspool and I wouldn't care if the whole thing went up in flames tomorrow. That includes 'Palestine', Israel, Jordan, Eqypt, etc. Screw all of them. The United States has given enough lives and bloodshed for that shitty region. Enough is enough. The blind worship of Israel is embarrassing. We owe those folks nothing.
