The information generally agrees with the information I've read from various online sources and heard from former nuclear inspector Scott Ritter. Except for the 3.5% U-235 enrichment. Scott Ritter said 3.67% U-235 enrichment for a fission reactor for nuclear power. Apparently enriching uranium from 60% to 90% U-235 is technically challenging but once you have the equipment and processes down it does not take long. At 90% enrichment the U-235 is weapons grade. The U.S. and Russia have U-235 and Pu-239 warheads. Pu-239 is made from a breeder reactor that also produces electricity.
