I know it won't happen but I really wish Trump would gut HUD and Sec 8. At the least maybe he'll change the HUD policy that literally forces communities to accept ghettoes if they don't already have any.

I travel to Jackson often and have for about a decade. Carrying a weapon is as important as carrying a wallet. Oh, and make sure you have a spare tire. Trying to avoid the potholes in Jackson is like being in video game.
