There is no federal government vaccine mandate that is forcing this action, from OSHA, Biden, or otherwise.
If the company, or any company, is claiming Biden’s hypothetical mandate as the reason to mandate the vaccine, they are lying and they are choosing to have the policy on their own accord.
State mandates could still be at play though I suppose depending where this employer operates

Yeah not true. Everyone in the entire world heard Biden declare it under emergency powers. Whether it's actually codified in the OSHA amended statutes or part of an OSHA rule, that is another story. But I suggest you sharpen up on the POTUS emergency powers under a pandemic. And then get back to us with how embolden these large private employers have gotten with this. I'll help you out - go watch the scene in With Honors with the professor quizing the students before the famous Joe Pesci scene. That will give you a small insight to just how powerful even a declaration is under emergency powers and circumventing Congress, even if it's for only a short time to accomplish exactly what he intended with these very large healthcare related employers that are killing it under the CARES Act. Quid pro quo.

I'd argue it’s tyrannical in nature as a condition of employment. Obviously it’s not law, they can quit, but it is tyrannical based on the draconian nature of consequences set for not taking part in a medical experiment.
No one should be forced to take any medication with a serious side effect.

BCBS is trending for the same mandatory vaccination of employees even the telecommuters. The division I work for hasn't been given a time frame for their decision.

That isn’t tyranny.
It’s stupid, but it’s not tyranny. It’s a private employer.
You’re right, it’s targeted tyranny.
