He gets the detective to admit they made no attempt to get the skateboard even though she was in the courtroom earlier today.

So I have seen these threads going on and it seems like an absolute disaster for the prosecution.
It seems like the police are extremely forthcoming with statements to throw the prosecution.
I am sitting here trying to tell people how bad the prosecution has been. We discussed lefty's admitting he was only shot after he pointed his gun at Kyle.
Also about the police saying they charged him without looking at all the evidence.
Can someone hit me with some other highlights so I can share from today or other days?

My favorite part so far was when the defense told one of the witnesses: "its a good thing we dont have to take your word cause we have video"....BURN.

Not to mention the detective just admitted to not attempting to trying to get material evidence (the skateboard) and was blocked from other potential evidence (Gage's phone) by the prosecution.
I thought Gage sunk this case for the prosecution but this detective has not only sunk it, he's stomping on the drowned pieces.
