Kylie should have just said the video is not clear enough for me to comment on, over and over and over.

How does any of this make the guy pursuing him, over a long distance and for no reason, NOT the aggressor?
fricking stupidity.

Right, that he was being chased, showed his gun as a deterrent but didn't shoot, continues running, and then Rittenhouse shoots him

And the state has to prove it was not self defense in WI.

This isn't doing it as long as the jury understands this.

I still can't get over the fact that the governments entire political show trial case is that because Rittenhouse had a strap he couldn't have felt threatened.

I’m not a lawyer but I’d imagine there has to be something that establishes a gun as an extension of yourself in a situation like this.

I mean, he showed his gun, it didn't deter Rosenbaum as he kept chasing and as Rittenhouse noticed he was continuing to be chased he turned around and shot. What does the government think this is doing,

Just perusing Twitter and I see stuff like this with 150 likes and retweets

quote:

We live in a world where school officials will call the national guard on an 11 year black boy just for messing with his schools internet, meanwhile kyle rittenhouse - a 17 year old, can cross state lines and take the lives of two people and walk away scot free…

I have no faith in humanity

They conveniently leave out the guy was abiut to get bashed in the head with a skateboard and had a gun pointed at him .

1st I'm hearing that Kyle, 17 at the time, didn't have a license yet routinely drove HIS OWN CAR ( or one his parents gave him, what ever ) to work. That's red meat for the prosecution and any mouth breathers on the jury who may yet be undecided.

If you think the jury is going to decide the verdict on him not having a drivers license then Kyle never had a chance in the first place.

Per the ADA it was just a "plastic bag."

Obviously it had something in it as a plastic bag doesn't throw well when empty.

Rittenhouse is guilty of slowing down as he got to the cars and an area he thought he was cornered.

The ADA keeps insisting that it is his privilege to pound sand up the Judge's rectum and the Judge is not having it.
