You're rant is aimed at people that think they vote for good people. They do not understand that human nature makes all of us prone to corruption and self dealing. They aren't looking past it, they do not believe it. It's a conspiracy every single time. And if there's damning evidence to the contrary, they believe rooting out evil Republicans threatening our Democracy by any means is moral and just. They think politics is good versus evil not a policy battle.
