Where have you been? The CIA has been waging continuous proxy wars in Eastern Europe since the turn of the century.
You are partially correct however. There have been no declared wars during the Trump administration.
Yet the neocons in Trump’s administration are promoting a regime change operation in Venezuela like it is the second coming of the Bush Regime. That is the problem.
