As the president and commander in chief, you are the sole person in charge of something like this. He certainly had no issues changing course on IRAN and immediately began sucking their dick despite the “previous 60 years” and “the plan to handle things.
He could have (and did) change the parameters on the withdrawal.

It’s his plan that’s been executed, it’s his plan that left weaponry and valuable military equipment on the ground, it’s his plan that will likely result in a lot of unnecessary lives lost, some perhaps American. A “deal” is only valuable if both sides hold zip their end. In order for that to be the case, each side has to be willing to give a little, but also willing to walk if the other side reneges.
If someone fricks you over, the deal is off and you fricking man up and take care of business.
Biden changed “the deal,” ate ice cream to celebrate prematurely, got caught with his pants down (like son), and now has fricking disappeared once the shite hit the fan.
