Imagine if you thought that way about gun violence. Let's remove the conditions which cause people to murder other people.

So anti-poverty programs and social safety nets? I'm on board with those too...

Your inability to learn simple facts is a failing that clearly you have no inclination of correcting. Oh well.

I'd like them to be broader and more effective. Republicans want to kill them.

The sick irony with the left’s obsession and love of abortion is that it hurts them in the long run at the polls. The overwhelming majority of abortions are future Democrat votes.

They aren’t affective now. What makes you think throwing more money on a fire will fix the problems?

And of course you want to broaden them. Nothing says successful country like adding more and more people to the fed tit

Stay in school.

Don’t have a child.

Get a job.

Congrats. You just climbed out of poverty with no help from the govt.

Oh. Wait. That takes, like, personal responsibility and shite.

So more people on the govt tit is better for the country?

Of course, if your end goal is complete control over the masses due to their unyielding need to be cared for by the govt, that makes perfect sense.

Why do you want more people on the govt tit?

Harder and harder when Republicans cut education funding, make sex ed ineffective to fit their delicate Christian 'morals', and refuse to provide a living wage for many jobs.

Maybe. As usual, the right answer is somewhere between those two extremes.

Now, give me NFA repeal.

Oh look! More excuses for people to not take personal responsibility seriously!

1) learning is the pupils responsibility, not mine. No matter how much money I spend on a child, if the child doesn’t want to learn they won’t learn.

2) so it’s the Christians fault that lil Bobby doesn’t read the instructions on the box of condoms eh? It’s the Christians fault little Tammy didn’t get her FREE birth control eh? That’s a back breaking reach there bitchatl.

3) no such thing as a livable wage. Minimum wage should be abolished. The market decides what a jobs rate should be. Don’t like your job, get a new one.

I’m sorry that you think someone working at Burger King should be able to afford steak and lobster and to take their 3 kids to Disney world.

I'll call you that, but not an entire class of people. There isn't some magic "bootstraps" gene.
