ETA: also he isn’t being deported for speech. He is being deported for illegally occupying a space and refusing to leave.

The Constitution (Bill of Rights) does not "grant" any rights to anyone.
It simply lists a number of things that the Federal government is explicitly prohibited from doing ... such as (in this case) abridging free speech. That prohibition is NOT limited to "abridging the free speech OF CITIZENS."
