You didnt dispute anything I said.

The question was did he have a right to be here, and yes, he did.

Under certain conditions he has the right to be here.

There’s no reason why someone who isn’t a citizen should be fricking around.

Conservatives were properly outraged that they were censored, put on watch lists, and given massive sentences for pittance offenses based on some federal official’s determination that they were “linked” or “tied” to “interference” or “domestic violent extremism.” Trump supporters also howled, correctly, when Adam Schiff schemed at the end of the Mueller probe to make “disloyalty to country” a domestic crime. These punitive concepts were wrong because they were deliberately vague and therefore irrefutable.

Yes, in an ideal world that wouldn’t have happened but it did. Since it did the right can’t keep living in that ideal world. Make the left suffer as much as they made conservatives suffer. Screw them and their “norms”. Make them play by the rules they set.

ETA: also he isn’t being deported for speech. He is being deported for illegally occupying a space and refusing to leave.

Great Ghu, your understanding of the Constitution is essentially non-existent.

The Constitution (Bill of Rights) does not "grant" any rights to anyone.

It simply lists a number of things that the Federal government is explicitly prohibited from doing ... such as (in this case) abridging free speech. That prohibition is NOT limited to "abridging the free speech OF CITIZENS."

Khalil emerges as a lead negotiator with Columbia University administrators during campus protests as a representative of Columbia United Apartheid Divest. The group’s mission includes “urging Columbia to divest all economic and academic stakes in Israel.” You can read the group’s demands and how it describes itself here.

He often spoke during press conferences, such as the video above from April 26, 2024, in which he says there’s an impasse on “our main demand, which is divestment from the Israeli occupation.” Students and non-students broke into Columbia’s Hamilton Hall building four days later and barricaded themselves inside. Khalil told the BBC that Columbia suspended him but reversed the decision after one day because “after reviewing the evidence, they don't have any evidence to suspend."

Khalil told CNN last year that he chose to do public speaking over participating in student encampments because he feared losing his student visa. He did participate in at least one march on Oct. 12, 2023.
nevermind all of the mind games that the obvious bleeding heart liberals want to play, everything that we already know history provides us.

That is this guy and his ilk should change their name to something like John Smith, eat a pulled pork sandwich, and salute our flag every day OR go back to the middle east from whence they came. They cave NO good intentions. They may have rights but so does our government.

Back when our government reps had balls they formed the Marine Corp. to deal with these animals.

Before that the Catholic Church had The Knights Templar to deal with them.

The pussification of men has caused everyone to let their guard down. They have nearly taken control of many of the European nations.

Now they have their dirty little feet in the door here.

Yeah, they have rights and they should take those rights right back to the shitholes that their "religion" originates.

It might be good if they take a few bleeding heart liberals with them.

Perhaps not but perhaps none is needed.

All we need is historical literacy ... and in this case that goes back a few centuries before our constitution.

People that are infiltrating our nation with the intention of destroying it is a little more important than what you have listed.

I have worked with someone that is a representative of those and everyone was working toward a better America.

I wish I could say the same for the 2 Muslims I met.

In case you didn't notice no Jews were seen chanting death to America.

Jews are not a threat.

Goat frickers hiding behind our laws and their "religion".

They make bombs and kill our innocents.

Sympathizers to these people are a part of the problem as well as sharing in on the blame for letting, even supporting it this "death to America".

The map provided above clearly shows the geographical location of the area they support.
