No, the UMCJ operates 100% outside of the civilian court system.
American citizens would require being designated as enemy combatants to be tried outside of the civilian court system, per Article III of the Constitution.

This breach of Pacer is huge. Interestingly, this is 1st I’ve read of it. If they have access to all fed court records, can you imagine the fallout? But, silence.

It shouldn't surprise anyone. After all, most of the major legacy Mockingbird outlets totally ignored the ODNI declas release of the Obamagate docs, or when they finally were forced to cover it once Trump, Tulsi and the rest specifically said Hussein was guilty of treason, they framed it in the context of "Trump's Director of National Intelligence Seeks to Rewrite the Story of the 2016 Election".
