That whole delivery style used by some evangelicals - honestly, no matter the content - it's designed to appeal to emotional, ignorant people. I say that as a God believing Christian.
And BTW, where is God in all this sermon. And BTW, where is the separation of church and state the libs love to cry about. Reverse the role to a conservative preacher pushing for a conservative candidate, and the Feds and the MSM will be all over it as a violation.
Regarding the content of that video, he wants to say that his congregation will not be told what to think by the white man (vote for walker), all the while staying on the democratic plantation - as told to by the white man. We all know that Joe said if you don't vote for me (D), then you ain't black.

That was embarrassing. The man is a plantation slave clown and so are the people cheering on in the audience and waving palm palms.
I guess that most in his audience don't know that the Democrat Party voter (black, white or other) do what the party tells them, and the party is run by wealthy white people who don't care for the small people.

Paul in 1 Cor. 1:23 says " but we preach CHRIST crucified ". Whenever a church mixes politics with the gospel, whether left or right, the believer needs to use discernment and run from it, or correct it. Examples are many thru history of the church distorting the Gospel.

Not one to totally agree with the no mixing politics and The Church. It's been done forever, and obviously the left doesn't care about being held to those rules, not sure why the Right feel they need too. Otherwise a Church can't speak about Abortion, as unfortunately, there's nothing more political than that.
With that said, Walker should report this to the elections committee as I think it should be some kind of campaign contribution given to him by the Church. Imagine the outcry if UGA gave Walker 5-10mins during halftime this wknd vs UT to speak.

Did you miss the part in my point, about it being political? I'm the one that's ok with the Church dabbing in politics to make sure their flock understands what is going on around them, so I'm all for the Church speaking about abortion. Especially now that the left has gone full anti-Christian in their general platform.
Some of yall are hard liners that sound like its taboo to touch on politics in a reasonable way, so the left will throw "don't speak about abortion" out there and many will back off in the name of the faux "separation of church and state" hoax.

I once had a discussion with a good friend of mine, Christian man, an elder in the church. He asked me why I voted republican. I answered that it was the party that called abortion wrong and disapproved of gay marriage. I asked him why he voted Democrat, he said because when democrats were in office, he made more money. I rested my case.
