The governor and mayor represent two different population bases and don't occur at the same time either. Blanco was the one that the state had responsibility for electing and the redneck krewe of north Louisiana carries a large dose of that burden. The people that like to scream about Jindal and what he does need to read the Constitution that the great and powerful EWE gave the state during his silver fox days and they will see what a governor can and cannot do.
