There was nothing racist about what happened.
Just curious, was it racist when the shooter yelled "stupid fricking nagger" immediately after killing a black man?

Are you denying that it is fairly common for people to walk through houses under construction?
No, they're probably saying it's odd that someone would sprint away once someone spotted them.
I've walked onto construction sites a lot in my life, I've never ran away when someone saw me.

Criminal Trespass and Theft?
not so much.

If he did yell that, yea.

Items were also stolen, that's why cameras were put up. But we don't know who stole them.

He clearly entered the property. The video shows him entering and shows him leaving (without taking anything other than a swallow of tap water).
Cletus and his crew never say Arbery until LATER, when he was jogging down the street.

I saw the video from the neighbors house across the street.
He was spotted and bolted. Not a jog either, a full out sprint.

I think the homeowner had cameras because he lived two hours away and the cameras would allow him to monitor the progress.

The quotes I saw from neighbors and maybe even the homeowner said otherwise. The homeowner even scanned his recordings and spotted several young black males (possibly same guy) poking around in the am hours.

I would be VERY interested in seeing it, since it seem to contradict all the reporting that I HAVE seen.
Can you provide a link?

Is there any evidence this is race based?
These days, I don't think you will find many cases with direct evidence that race was related.
In this case, I believe that guy with the shotgun said "fricking N-word" after Arbery fell to the ground. That certainly won't help his case in regards to a hate crime.
The Dad's statement to police was literally "i saw a black guy running down tbe street"

The homeowner confirmed that nothing had EVER been stolen, not sure where you got "am hours" from, but Arbrey did the same thing, multiple times, came in looked around at the work being done, got some tap water, walked out the front and jogged away.

Youtube
This is the angle, but they cut it short. Went through 4 or 5 that all did the same thing.
The full clip shows him booking it seconds after they cut it though.
Edit: I'd try a bit harder to find the whole clip but I'm at work. But that's the angle and it's from that day,

(McMichael the Elder) stated that he was in his front yard and saw the suspect from the break-ins "hauling arse" down Satilla Drive toward Burford Drive.

(Cletus Sr.) stated that they pulled up beside the male and shouted stop ... at which time (Cletus Jr.) exited the truck with the shotgun. (Cletus Sr.) stated the unidentified male began to violently attack (Cletus Jr.) ....

Here it is
About the 1 minute mark. A neighbor spotted him and once he noticed he took off.
Its fast forward but you can see a time stamp. He runs past a few houses in the matter of seconds.

That first clip does not provide much useful data, but I do hope you can find the longer one.

Are we thinking that the guy in the yard across the street was McMichael? He looks much thinner.
Did you notice how much the video playback accelerated from the time that Arbery left the front door (13:38) until he had reached a point one house down the street (13:48)? The time stamp changed by ten seconds in about 3/4 of a second.
Crossing one yard in about ten seconds seems consistent with a leisurely jogging pace, but it looks almost like someone wanted to make it appear that he was running much faster than was actually the case.

No, that neighbor didn't persue (smart) and just called the cops. I want to say the McMichaels were two or three houses down on the same side as the house under construction and got into their trucks to chase 30 seconds or so once Arbery ran past.
