He would be at a restaurant and see a family that were obviously tourists, go to their table take pictures with them, pick up their bill, and order all the deserts on the menu for their kids. St the same time he didn’t take his wealth for granted. He said he paid his own bills every month, even writing the checks himself for jet fuel bills, and things like a bill for $75,000 to replace s window on his jet. He said paying his own bills kept him grounded and appreciative of what he had. RIP Rush, you knew how to be wealthy and remain a class act.

RIP Rush. Been listening as long as I can remember as my folks always had him on the radio. He has been a huge influence on me. I worry about conservatism and losing his ability to voice conservative ideals so well. He was a great person and I consider myself lucky to have been able to listen to him over the decades.
