I just don't care about professional sports anymore - at this point, I could care less if they shut down the NFL, MLB, and NBA - I used to watch professional sports because it was good entertainment and a break from work, politics, etc. - but they have ruined it -
I would love some NFL, MLB, or NBA owner to call a team meeting and tell the team that they are going to meet player demands about "systemic racisim" - tell the team that the organization has determined that the player roster does not reflect the racial diversity in the country and that roster spots are now going to be filled based on race so that the team is made up of black/brown folk, Asian folk, Hispanic folk, women, LGBTQ - in other words, player roster spots will have nothing to do with the best player to fill the position - then watch the reaction of the players who will have to be let go
