I think he’s a little bit concerned. Years ago when Obama told Biden that he didn’t have to do this by running for President, I thought it was a veiled threat to not even think of running for President since it was Hillary’s turn. Now I think he may have seen the senility setting in and that was actually an act of kindness not putting pressure on Joe.
