The longer this goes I am really beginning to wonder if this dude wasn’t used. Not saying he was directed to do this. But we know now that officials were aware of him. The dude while being pretty spot on with some of what he said, he was also nuts and a danger. So why was he loose on the street. The bigger question is how in the hell haven’t they found him by now? You aren’t even hearing reports of people having seen him anywhere after the shooting. Something just doesn’t add up.

I wouldn’t go that far. I do think some in our government are aware of them and look the other way for various reasons
