According to whom?

The IP theft makes the “population bomb” irrelevant.

They can't produce their own shite and in a war scenario they won't have new IP to steal.

Their economy is built on low-margin manufacturing that requires a huge population to sustain. Losing population = economic collapse.

, China frintloaded an immense amount of money into infrastructure. Much of that was in the “Belt and Road” initiative.

They have no means of enforcing these deals, especially if they are weakened.

False

Holy shite, how dumb can you be. Wartime is when you have Carte Blanche to steal.

Wrong again.

Look up automation and tell us what that entails.

They have a few hundred as of now, with more in production.

The J-20 is seen as a joke.

They stole some tech from the F-35, but not enough. And yes, they built the rest on shitty Russian designs.

Why the J-20 sucks

Why China's J-20 Can’t Compete With USA's F-35s

And, while they can (will?) out-produce the US in American F35 output, there are lots of other nations (who are on our side) who also have lots of F35s. A numbers game isn't as important with this level of tech, as well. The F-35 wasted hundreds of billions but the program seems to have worked the kinks out and it's by far the most advanced air craft in the world.

The J20 is comparable to the near-20 year old F22

The whole reason they steal IP is their inability to produce new tech.

Nothing prevents their new tech from hitting the market....where is it?

quote:

Holy shite, how dumb can you be. Wartime is when you have Carte Blanche to steal.

How will they steal something they lack access to? War time is when shite gets locked down. American companies will have to stop working with China and that cuts off almost all of that IP. How does China get access to the IP when American companies can't work with China? That's their primary source of IP to steal.

Look up automation and tell us what that entails.

More Chinese economic malaise.

China has no means of enforcing Belt and Road, especially if they invade Taiwan and the international community cuts them off.

India has already overtaken the Chinese BRI with a more palatable plan that will overtake Chinese influence. Again, India HATES China and i hyper-focused on being the region's superpower/hegemon. They're doing it with more Western principles and succeeding, as a result.

Most effective way of eliminating masses of CCP equipment and men, would be on the open ocean.

Good luck to the people of Taiwan. Prayers are with you.

Can you even imagine, if there was no mention of a threat, the number of people losing their jobs at companies associated with the MIC? Hence, the constant threat is needed and I get it.

It is too bad it must remain a constant. With China, a country more than willing to send millions to slaughter, the head of that snake would need to be cut off very quickly.

Regardless, people need to completely understand China needs the US,

HUGELY!!

Like the F-35, the J-20 is tantamount to a 5th gen fighter.

Stating otherwise is moronic.

Do they have limitations, yes. Are F-35’s better? The 5th gen ones are (not all are 5th gen though, as many in use are based on 4th gen platforms). However, 5th gen production en masse isn’t slated to happen until 2030.

Lastly, you mentioned other countries having F-35’s. Outside of Taiwan and Japan, what do those matter? It’s not like they would be able to engage in theater operations due to their limited range.

US carriers are equipped to launch them, but even that is limited by the number of carriers committed.

You poo pooing hundreds (3-400?) of j-20 fighters is again…moronic.

Stick to the law, you are out of your depth here.

Correct

They also do not have men that they can lose on any scale or they risk economic destruction on their own

I can no longer take you seriously.

India is using a massive underclass to fuel its growth.

India, despite’s it growth, still has issues. You can dismiss those, but they are much more difficult to overcome than the obstacles facing China.

Considering GDP, India’s much smaller economy is outperforming the Goliath that is China.

However, India’s roughly 6% pace doesn’t look as decisive as China accelerates to the 4.5% output range.

This annualized growth rate was China’s fastest in a year. Not only does it suggest this year’s 5% growth target is doable—it hints at China outperforming as it ships more goods overseas via the @New Silk Road.”

Again, you can’t be taken seriously.

Stick to the law.

Need, yes, but not to the degree that they once did.

That being said, I have suggested that China has been preparing for a global economic collapse for some time. I have also suggested that they are easily the most prepared global player.

Taiwan is completed stuffed with anti ship missiles. Trying to land there in earnest would be suicidal unless the island had already been destroyed to the point it wouldnt be worth taking anymore

Why do you continue to profess this narrative.

In a war, US companies won't be allowed to operate in China. How will China steal new IP from American companies when they're not allowed to interact with China?

quote:

India, despite’s it growth, still has issues

Nobody said India was the US, yet.

India is on the path China sold, because it's developing a real economy.

Eventually India will have a higher SOL and will have the corresponding lower birth rates, but the more advanced economy will fix that issue. This is the problem China faces, because its economy is nowhere near advanced and it still relies on its population to produce insane amounts of low-margin goods, WITH the higher SOL.

quote:

This annualized growth rate was China’s fastest in a year. Not only does it suggest this year’s 5% growth target is doable

You need to read up on the economic issues China is facing at this moment. They're in economic free fall, currently.

That would be Russia, who already devolved their economy and depressed their SOL in preparation for the war with Ukraine.

How has China prepared?

Explain this statement barrister.

How does the worlds biggest active duty army become beholding to working class jobs? They have over a million reservist who work and can fight. Over a million police who can do either if necessary. If China doesn't have the ability to lose men in combat and economically carry on who does?

According to the International Institute For Strategic Studies (LINK it ranks first in the world in size, with approximately 2,255,000 active duty personel and 1,200,000 in reserve. These figures are for the People's Liberation Army (PLA), which includes all branches of the PRC's armed forces. It does not include the between 1.1 and 1.5 million members of the People's Armed Police (which is a paramilitary gendarmerie force), whose stated mission includes supporting the PLA in defense of the country in time of war.

Let's stat with Wuhan ....Taiwan spies reported the beginning of COVID. From sick lab techs. Before China tried the "Wet Market" Approach. That meant that Taiwa spies were far better than the US or China.

Every election ...If Taiwan doesn't vote to overthrow their government the Chinese get mad.

I would inform China everyday ......You are one drone or Cruise Missile strike away from every manufacturing city on the river.being under 20 feet of water.Wuhan would be at least 22 feet under. The Three Gorges Dam was poorly constructed. It has a bend in the middle. Hit that target and China goes back to the stone age for decades.Millions of factory workers will drown.
