Rational people recognize that Israel has the most to lose if things go badly. We also realize that Israel is our most reliable ally in the region - and possibly in the entire world.

We also realize that there will be differences in priorities between these two Steadfast allies - just as twins brothers often disagree.

in other words we are rational people - aware that no manmade affair or alliance is foolproof - and that there will be mistakes made.

We recognize all that and. still march forward together to achieve a better world for not only ourselves but for all of moral civilazation.

We also recognize there are gnats that buzz around the picnic and sometime fall into the potato salad - just like there are idiot assholes who have a marked resemblance to ordinary human beings. We tolerate them just as we do the gnats = one of the trials God gives all humankind.

We are judged by how we handle those nuisances.
