Man, I hope so. I am in construction on the industrial side (for commercial blgs) and it has been dead for 6 months. Everything i hear from Architects, engineers, EPC's, owners, consultants that the next 6 months may be rough.

The housing market is a complete shite show. Not his fault but he's in charge.
here's the good news for you friend it won't give the dems a chance where you live if in fact you live in little rock. french hill is going to be your congressman, sarah sanders will still be your governor and republicans will still run everything.
by the way i'm in little rock as well and our housing is doing well we finally have some inventory, and there's new construction out kanis starting in the 300's. my son is 31, lives in midtown bought his house 2 years ago for 270k he's married and they're expecting. got a buddy that's a mortgage broker and his business is doing well.
here's the thing about mid terms i'll get to cast two votes for candidates in national races congressman and senator and democrats don't have a prayer in either race.

Same...Our revenues are down 20% yoy. Most of my customers are losing money or barely breaking even, and are in the cost cutting mode.
I have had 4 5-year contracts re-bid...and we are in years 1-3 of the contracts. Small capex stuff is out there but nothing of any real substance, and no one is talking like 2026 is going to be better...AT ALL.

Inflation is down? What does that mean? The prices haven’t risen in a year? Great….
They are still ridiculous compared to what they used to be.
Downtown San antone is dead despite all the cool stuff we have recently built cause everybody is broke.
