They definitely should have made this more limiting regarding speech or demanding regarding associative behavior of speech.

Trespassing is already illegal

Threatening people is already illegal (regardless of the alleged reason)

And that’s my problem with it. I don’t like enhanced penalties due to reasons because it tends to create unequal protection under the law. The fact that this law was apparently very popular doesn’t matter to me that much.
