Well Scott Angelle sure as shite doesn't have character or integrity either.
The way I look at it, if Higgins is shite, 3rd District could probably get rid of him in two years with a legit challenger. Scott Angelle will bribe and payoff his way to prevent challengers if he gets in.

If Angelle gets his hands on that seat, you'll never able to get him out of it short of a huge career ending scandal.
Higgins does not have the connections that Angelle has and will be much more accountable to his constituents that way.

Higgins will be a strategic vote here against a complete piece of shite like Angelle who has been running for elected office forever and it's time to end that snake's incessant slithering towards the heat of power.
Higgins if he wins will not have much allies/money and will be very closely scrutinized in Congress. Angelle won't have to worry about that.

I'm glad people on here pointed me to him, his resume absolutely beat the shite out of anyone in the race. I didn't see much of a presence for him outside of city limits so I guess he didn't have the money to keep up.

Higgins should ask him why he bailed on the sink hole disaster a couple of years ago. Angelle is in this for personal gain. NOT for his constituents. He politics for votes and is gone the second the election is over and you won't see or hear from him again until election time.
He's the epitome of good ol boy Louisiana politics.

Agree. The fact Ellison got something like 5 percent and Angelle and Higgins are the runoff candidates doesn't speak well for the voters.
