I had a female plastic surgeon friend when I lived in the states, she only worked on women. She said Trini, guys look like you and want to come out looking like Brad Pitt and it aint gonna happen, girls just want a little cleavage.
A trivia question, whats the most common surgery for a woman....boobs of course.
Now if a woman gets boobs, what is the second surgery they most likely will get? True question....bigger boobs.
She explained and it made sense, most girls are self conscious and you show them the implants and they modestly pick a size. Once they are comfortable with them they wish they had gone a little bigger. So now the implants have a valve under the skin where you can insert a needle and "adjust" them.
I still dont like that Brad Pitt comment
