Depends on who did it, who is reporting it, why someone wants those stats, etc.

Like everything else, the definition is "fluid" to fit the left's narrative.
For example, if a Demcorat voter shoots up a party full of Demcorats, that's NOT a mass shooting.

the number doesnt matter, it only matters if they were liberal or not
a liberal could shoot 1000 people and MSM would say it was a random shooting
a non-liberal could shoot 2 people and MSM would say it was a mass shooting by a neo-Nazi trump supporter
