Your regard for your boss's ability to defeat that scam tells volumes. Whether about you or where you work--I'm not sure.

Yep, wear the mask while you look for a job if you feel that strongly about it. Or if work from home is an option you could ask them if they are so close concerned about the health of employees why aren’t they authorizing work from home.

You don't have to provide anyone private medical information. Tell them to fire you and speak to your attorney.

What if their employer IS an attorney? Have to search for the handful of non-liberal ones.

Not familiar with that one. I do know that HIPAA doesn't apply when an employer asks for vaccination status.

Then tell your employees that you plan on firing all the vaxxed people as they are superspreaders of the delta variant.

Find a doc that will squirt it into the trash can and still give you the card

Official records maintained by Louisiana Department of Health Services.
There are several options for requesting vaccination records in Louisiana:

Option 1: Register for LA.MyIR.net

Signing up for LA MyIR provides Louisiana residents the ability to access, review, and print your family's official vaccination records without requesting them from a doctor. LA MyIR is ideal for proof of immunization for school or camp registration, when your seeing a new health care provider, tracking boosters and yearly immunizations - like the flu shot, managing immunization records for an elderly parent, preparing for foreign travel, etc.

Option 2: Ask your healthcare provider for a copy. Louisiana has had an Immunization Information Sytem (IIS) called LINKS, since 2001. Most Louisiana providers performing vaccinations enter data into LINKS.

Option 3: Ask the local Parish Health Unit (PHU) for a copy - click here for PHU contact information.

Option 4: Complete the Office of Public Health Immunization Program's online form to have vaccination records sent to you via traditional mail. Click here to access the online request form.

Why laminated? I got the vaccine and mine isn't laminated.

if someone is going to go through the hassle of faking one, they should make it last. You don't need one that will last; you can just get another one made where you got jabbed.

All those options are for an individual to request THEIR OWN records.

Your employer does not have the ability to ask the state (or your doctor) for your health records. If all they had to do was ask the state who has and has not been vaccinated, they wouldn't be asking the employee for that info.

So they have zero ability to tell a legit vax card from a well-done fake.

For the FBI types - this message is not recommending making a fake card.

Assuming you aren't a minority or female, nope.

Do what they do... cheat, lie & deny.

file a "hostile workplace environment" complaint with HR. That should end any chance of them firing you because it will appear retaliatory.
