HLN is Forensic Files about 16 hours per day. You could do that with MSNBC. Show old episodes of Cheers and whatnot most of the day, and just do morning news, weather, etc.

Sure, and I’d turn it into an entertainment channel.
Marathons of Dukes of Hazzard, All in the Family, the Benny Hill Show, a weekly showing of Blazing Saddles, and for good measure a “Best of” The Man Show.
