Which of the boxes contained Melania's panties, and I wouldn't doubt that some of the information was formerly top secret, but is now declassified.
If this was such a national security concern, why did it take 18 months to retrieve the documents.

President just doesn’t say this is declassified and it’s declassified. It goes through certain steps then it comes back to him to sign.
It’s just like a pardon. He doesn’t say this guy is pardoned and they let him out of jail immediately. It goes through steps then he signs the pardon.
I think he probably took the time to declassify the info.
A problem he may face is by taking that much info he might have missed a few.
