Interesting take.
Again, the process is irrelevant. One is via the judiciary and respective “judicial orgs,” the other is through respective party recs etc.
They are not the same process.
However, both processes end up with recommendations. Trump had to choose from those recs. In many instances, he chose poorly.
The fact remains, he used the processes in place and didn’t go out on his own accord. As such, giving 100% of the blame to Trump is a moronic take. DeSantis would have (will) rely on much the same process, or he will be ineffective.
My point stands.
