I really don't care about Montreal, but Holy shite am I jacked up about how terrible that ref was throughout the second half (only part I watched). That was so horrendous. I've never seen a guy so concerned about time wasting that he blows the whistle immediately after the ball goes out of bounds for a goal kick

Clearly, however if you play at a neutral site there is no home field advantage. No reason to play the two games for a "final".

UEFA is the only confed that does a one off final at neutral venue. Plus there is no demand for neutral venue games for CONCACAF CL.
