Liverpool are facing the prospect of a tribunal in order to settle a dispute with Burnley over the fee for striker Danny Ings.
Ings, 22, agreed a move to Anfield on June 8, but the details of the transfer have still not been agreed by the two clubs, sources have told ESPN FC.
Even though Ings' contract at Turf Moor expired on June 30, Burnley are still entitled to compensation for him because he is under 24.
Liverpool have offered around £6m for the England under-21 international, while the Clarets are looking for a fee of closer to £10m.
Burnley accepted a 12 mil offer from Tottenham in June which would go into consideration regarding the tribunal.

I'll laugh hysterically if someone makes him a DP.

Spurd making that bid when they knew they weren't going to sign him is a solid 'frick you' to Liverpool.

Spanish and Italian (?) press are saying deal almost complete for Odegaard to Celtic on loan.
Also, Ciftci is official
And it sounds like Celtic are going to buy Souttar and loan him back to Dundee U. Dundee U should just rename themselves Celtic B at this rate.
