1. Has MLS quality of play steadily progressed from its inception, or has it remained relatively the same?

2. Do all MLS teams have Youth academies, how many kids on average are in the academy system and how do they compare operationally to European youth academies?

3. What's the highest level of club football an American manager has achieved?

I'd say it's gone up.

A lot have them, I don't know about all. Not sure how they compare to Europe.

Ever? I don't know. Currently, Bob Bradley is in France's second division.

I'd have to think the academy teams have really taken off over the past few years. I looked at the standings of the US Development league and MLS academies dominated all across the country. 6-8 years ago when my friends played travel, I'm not sure that was the case.
