I thought the call against mustafi was correct by the center ref. It's just the AR missed offside. I didn't think auba's was a penalty but considering they shouldn't have gotten their penalty call arsenal converting would have been justice.

Offsides doesn’t matter in this situation. Schalke got a pen against City from the same thing last week and it was explained that it is irrelevant in the penalty being called.

If the penalty would've happened right when the kick was taken or if it the foul would've been on a player not challenging for the ball then I would agree with you.
But since Kane was offside and was about to head the ball, Mustafi was then forced to challenge him.
