This all goes back to Wenger overplaying him. This injury probably would have been avoided if we had been more cautious in the later months of 10/11 season.
Yea and this is the reason he is being so careful with Ox. Probably also a big reason why we are trying to add actual depth to our squad. Last season RVP played a full 90 in our last 33 games played. This is another reason we went out and tried to add some depth.

Ramsey starting again today for team GB. Hope he has a good game.

Ramsey has show flashes of pre-injury form but he still has a way too go.

Barca fanboy twitter site says Barca going after Song
In the words of the immortal Leauxgan: FTGE if that were to ever happen.

If we get good money and find a quality replacement right away (Arsenal are out scouting Victor Wanyama of Celtic, who is a cdm, tonight)I have no problem with Song leaving. We need a more defensive minded midfielder anyway. Song was talented but has flaws. At times he tends to lose focus and get sloppy with his passing.

No thanks. Don't want another CDM. Song is very good and continuing to improve. He's a vital player for us.

I remember an article a few weeks ago that claimed Barca were after Song and TV5. It was the daily mail, so I figured it was just rumor. I really don't wanna lose either of them

I would be in the fetal position for a week if that happened. Sucking my thumb and whispering...
"momma".

We dont have any. Song meanders up field more than whoever he plays with in the 2 holding mids position. He gets away with it when Arteta is there to read and breakup play and make tackles and interceptions. When he is played with Ramsey or Rosicky or anyone else we have virtually no protection for our back 4. I have no prob with Song as a player. I think he is quality but we still need a cdm to allow him to do what he does best. And I still think he loses focus at times during games and that can prove costly.
