It will be very interesting to see what RDM does this season. I must admit, I don't quite understand his transfer policy. Oscar and Hazard are the real deal, but I'm glad I won't be the one trying to pick a lineup out of that squad.

Same. Guess that's why he gets paid the big bucks.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more of the 4-2-3-1. Seemed to work well last season and allows out mass amounts of attacking midfielders to get on the pitch. Plus Torres can be alone up front.

Yeah, I don't really believe it until he's holding up a shirt on CFC's homepage. The good news is we should be getting someone. I can't imagine us loaning out Lukaku unless we have someone coming in.

Im thoroughly interested to see what lineup Di Matteo chooses in a semi competitive match. I wonder how seriously he will take it.

Well I'm not overly disappointed after the match. 3-2 when we were down to 10 so early. I saw some positives from our team and hope they build on it. Mata needs to step up. He was awful again today. Idiot Serb needs to check himself.

The first 40 min, before the match got ruined, we were ok, didn't do much offensively but stopped City from doing anything either.
Great to see Torres with a nice finish after a good move. After the red the game was pointless but I thought the team showed great spirit to the end.
I wish RDM had gotten some more guys off once we went down to 10. It's a long season with a ton of games and no reason to have a bunch of guys in the first XI out there busting it a man down.

I didn't think he was half bad. The slip was of course dumb. He showed more pace and cutting in ability and looks like once he gets the EPL game down he will be deadly. That back heel flick to send Torres through was nice. I have measured expectations about him for the first 10 games or so.

Hazard was ok. I thought the real bright spot was Torres. He looked like the Danger Man, as DB would put it. Great finish.
