That back line is garbage.

It really isn’t though.

We have just executed amazingly well.

The biggest difference is in the midfield.

I mentioned that Maresca has to utilize a formation that allows us to manage the situation. So far so good.

This is a TALL task though.

The second half will be a chore.

Watching PSG take this loss like a bunch of toddlers might be better than the actual win.

PSG is the better team on paper.
Nonetheless, I figured that we would have a good showing.

A 3-0 lead in extra time is not something I envisioned.

He’s winning me over. His footwork today was excellent. They must’ve practiced the shite outta that knowing PSG would bring heavy pressure. Cool as a cucumber back there.

Haha. I thought the same thing.

That being said, it probably melted a few minds when it happened. That shot was probably as triggering as one could imagine.

Weak minded people just can’t help but sob about shite.

As for the squad, I could see that we were close. We were only lacking a piece or two.

That has largely been addressed.

We will be a pretty good squad going forward. How good, time will tell. That being said, I like where we are atm.

True. Weak arse bitches will cry. Let em.

This team is deep but still need to offload some guys like Chilly, Nkunku, Badashile, Anselmino and others. We can free up more dollars for another mid and CB. Looks like we’re riding with Sanchez and Jorgensen.

I like what we've done up top. I'm not ready to crown Joao after two games but he certainly looks like part and Delap is such a different type of player which will be a good option/chance a pace. Hopefully this will show everyone how mid Jackson is and we can stop pretending he's good.

I still think we are a world class CB away from having the chance to be consistently elite but hopefully we can use this performance and money to attract someone.

The man was shot a year ago today. I’ll allow it.

Throw in Sterling and Desasi.

At this point, Chelsea has a stack of cash that allows us to clear the books.

As I said earlier, I see us keeping Jackson until January.

A lot will depend on the health of Reece James too. When he plays we are soooo much better.

What a performance

Say what you want about the tournament, the players definitely took that seriously.
