Shakhtar Donetsk and Braga are still scoreless. Is goal differential the first tie breaker if Braga manages to win?

Edit: Shakhtar just scored to go up 1-0.

3-1 Goons. Man, they did not look like they wanted to win at all

SK is beating Braga 2-0, meaning that SK will finish ahead of Arsenal

Arsenal will have to play Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Schalke in the next round...yikes

Sagna gets sent off for a harsh tackle

oh fricking frick

that 2nd place finish is going to sting more without Sagna, arguably our most consistent player.

That was weak. Hurts us in the Round of 16 to lose our best defender.

Maybe...Eboue will struggle against Barca. But our defense isn't exactly tops to begin with. We will miss his speed though.

Depending on how everyone finishes, these are the possible opponents.

Schalke is our best bet, but I have a feeling it will be Barca. Don't those matches start after the break? Hopefully we could purchase a non-Cup tied CB by then and have Vermaelen back.

That is right. And I don't know why I said after the break since there is no break in the EPL haha.

We can draw Schalke, Bayern, Real, or Barca.

I would gladly accept either German club. Munich are a tough out in Europe, but they are playing some pretty average football right now.

Honestly i would like to take our chances at schalke or RM.

Matching up against Bayern's big would give our midfield fits and barca is barca.

need vermalen to get healthy and nasri to continue his good form.

Our defense needs to get its shite together or its gonna be a bloodbath no matter who we play.

Schalke would probably be the best draw but i wouldnt mind drawing Real either. One good CB signing, inform Nasri,Chamakh,RVP,AA23 and fully fit Vermaelen + Fabregas and we should give RM a tough time.
Bayern would be an awesome game with both teams having an explosive offense and a clueless defense.

Barca would definitely destroy us and I feel we will end up drawing them
