EA just needs to buy Sports Interactive and combine FM and FIFA and just designate career mode to SI.

I bought 17 during the $17 sale, haven't played it since July 25 (work has been stupid busy), and I'm still over 100 hours.

I didn't find scoring that hard on 17. I foresee a ton of slidering in my future.

Like the first few days I had it it was a lot harder to score than on 16, but I attribute that to my approach as though I was playing 16. You know how in every year's game there's a play style that works pretty efficiently, it took me awhile to figure it out
I remember having so many draws and 1-0 wins in my first season and I was raging left and right .

Right I like the idea it's just that the execution was awful
For example with Swansea some of my first season goals were to
1) finish in a Euro league position (WTF)
2) make $3M profit off of youth player sales (this actually can't be achieved. I've read online in some forums and nobody can seem to meet this goal. It just doesn't add up your sales of youth players)
3) reduce weekly wage bill by $100k (especially hard in the 1st season when you check the no transfer window in the summer box)

Yeah. I stopped playing FIFA a couple of months ago because I was scoring like four or five goals regularly on Legendary with any career mode team.
Sure, there was the occasional 15-save CPU game that finished in a 0-0 draw, but unless I was completely overmatched, I was hammering the computer.

This would never be something I'd like to see in online play, but in manager mode I wouldn't mind if they made the referees and linesman not 'perfect' on every offsides call.
