Ukraine Switzerland and Czech Republic have all advanced as 3rd place teams
The final 3rd place spot will come down to Finland Portugal, Hungary and Germany
ETA: France can also technically fall to the 3rd spot if Portugal and Germany win

Since the Euros changed to the 24 team format in 2016, there is always guaranteed to be one easy side of the draw.
It is fricking ABSURD the teams on one side of the draw:
Belgium, (Portugal as it stands), Italy, Croatia, France (as it stands), Croatia, and Spain
HOLY frick.
The other side is:
England, Netherlands, Germany (as it stands)
That is insanity
The winner of England and runner up of F would be favored to likely play the Netherlands in the semis.
England/Runner up of F has an unbelievably easy path to the final after the difficult R16 game

to my point... I think it would behoove France & Portugal to just tap the ball around for 90 minutes and end in a draw
France takes whatever decision occurs in the GER/HUN match to draw either Switzerland or Ukraine (as group winner) or England (as group runner up) in the 1st round of the knockout stage... Portugal gets the point needed to guarantee advancement
