everything that just happened was BS, Croatia just got screwed because of some retarded fans and n idiot ref. game should have been called for safety reason and that should have been the end of it.
Nope game continues and ref calls some BS weak sauce PK to ruin the game right at the end. fricking stupid
Im just glad everyone saw that Croatia were the best team at the cup and would have won. Now fifa will kick us out because of the flares, giving those people exactly what they wanted

It's scary that after the Bataclan and this supposed heightened security that these fans are getting flares and flags guns into the match, really.

I think it should have been called off right when that grenade went off.
Then giving that pk was weak, at the end of a game that was just ruined by flares, you are gonna give the fans what they wanted and screw over Croatia on that?

New strategy ... wait for your team to take the lead then barrage the field with flares and explosives, forcing the ref to end the game!
If anything, they should have made Croatia forfeit the match for their fans antics, not reward them with premature victory.

It changed everything. We went from being qualified and able to rest Modric( out anyway im hearing) and other players against Spain while playing younger guys for experience. forfeiting the match and taking the points away is what those fans wanted, it is known. So why give them what they want? but he did that anyway when he awarded the weak pk.
And I know what you are saying about setting a precedent for fans but after that grenade went off I actually got nervous for safety. a few flares is nothing but idk what that explosion was.
