no, the flares were one thing and not really a problem. The grenade or whatever you want to call it, that looked like more than a firework, was the tipping point.
Like I said just because of the current safety issues the ref would have been with in his right to call the game. Perisic came out covering his face and the dude on the field that grabbed it look freked the frick out

Why do yall take it to the extreme and think that it will apply to any flare, fan or beer bottle that is thrown on? Again its up to the ref and with all things accounted for he could have easily made that call. And that's not something a ref will revert to for just any flare. IDk how many times I need to say that
Now a call he shouldn't have made was the pk. Handballs in the box are BS 99% of the time and this was one of those, even worse than the yedlin one. he jumped up, eyes closed and went for the ball with a guy next to him. It was ball to hand if anything and while, like yedlins, they get called most the time they arent and its down to the ref. And as a ref what are you doing calling that so late in a game, completely ruining the outcome, and giving the flare throwing bastards what they want.

None of the players acted as if it was a "blatant" handball, at the first whistle Czech players though it was on them. it was a soft stupid pk.
for the kid that said I melted on Ronaldo haha I was just saying what he was saying isn't wrong, but saying it was.
And of course im gonna melt when Croatia get screwed out of a tournament. Do you not remember the Fred/pletakoski rant I had during WC14

It was not soft and the only stupid part of it was that the defender had his hand above his head.
