Torres was excellent. I thought Stu was a bit meh. Diskerud had some nice moments but faded out a bit.

I think

-----------------Wondo--------------------------

Torres-----------Donovan-------------------Corona

-----------Beckerman--------Diskerud--------------

Beasley---------Goodson--------Orozco-----Who fricking cares

-------------------Rimando-----------------------

is our best lineup at this point. Beckerman sitting deep so Diskerud or Holden can push forward a bit more. Torres tucking in a bit and letting Beasley get forward. I honestly have no idea who our right back should be. Parkhurst and Beltran seem ok-ish at best (small sample size with Beltran to be fair). I would be ok with Gooch for Goodson.

I only remember Stu having one touch that half.

What'd I miss? Torres looks like he's on the outs for the USMNT.

He had a really poor one in the box earlier.

Torres

I thought he was our best player in the first half by quite a bit. Maybe I'm alone in thinking that.

Torres had a few good crosses and corners.

Bedoya had some OK moments from 10-30ish minutes then idk what happened. Landon needs to not be silent the whole second half. I'm terrified of our back 4. Torres plays some awfully ambitious passes, I'm hoping he can continue to play well. Even if he's a career Gold Cup'er he's proving to be useful.

Donovan may need to be moved outside right to create more.

I'm not even much of a Torres guy. I pretty much thinking he's been living off that pre-World Cup friendly against Turkey for a while now. But I was impressed, his touch was excellent. Did some really slick things to keep possession in tight spaces.

i liked torres that half. just absolutely no help from anyone. giant clusterfrick in the middle.....absolutely no space could be generated. looked like a middle school game where kids were just running into eachother.

also thought mixx was, as usual, cool as a cucumber while on the ball. sometimes he was too cool, but this also wasn't helped by his team.

just a slow half over all, not too worried about it, but thank jeebus they didnt score. no idea what id change, but i'm interested what jurgy comes back out with.

I would like to see him roam a bit more. Pop up on the left sometimes, then on the right. He did it some, but think he could do a bit more.

Not sure I would change anything substitution wise. Nobody was Brek Shea awful. Maybe Corona for Bedoya but it's not like Bedoya's been terrible.
