For me, over the last 5 years, I think that moment has surpassed Warren Morris' homerun as the most exciting moment in sports for one of "my" teams. I know that's sacrilege around these parts, but watching the special on NBCSN cemented it.

That special today was amazing. Really helps with perspective since unfortunately I didn't start following club football until the following year and didn't decide as City as my team until midway through the season. I missed all the fun of that 2011-12 season and ending.

I remember missing church and just absolutely being devastated when QPR got their 1st. I had that feeling that we'd blow it. Seeing SWP playing for QPR made it worse because he'd bled and died for City over the years and couldn't do anything for us. When Dzeko headed it in, I still didn't have much hope. Typical City would be giving us hope for the last 4 minutes and still blowing it. At the 92nd minute when the ball was cleared, SWP was the one on the ball and I just knew that he had to be so emotional knowing that he was contributing to keeping city from winning it. Ball went oob and was sent back to Hart. QPR had stayed up and their fans were going nuts. Ball into the crowded box, passed out by Balotelli and scored Aguero. Good Lord, the emotions that the last 20 minutes of that game still bring tears to my eyes. What a glorious, glorious day.

My wife & daughter were out so I was pacing around my living room alone the last 20 minutes holding my 11 mo old son. When Agureo scored, I almost threw him into the ceiling.
When I finally calmed down, I put the boy down, took a picutre and changed my FB profile to this:

The day United realized their place
I have to admit it was amazing drama for any sports fan to digest...as a fan of United, I remember it like it was yesterday and it still hurts...we had identical records and goal differential (8) happened to be in CHity's favor....HAD United held on and won the league it would of been three in a row (two at the time)...which would of been the third time they had won it in three consecutive years!! Instead, it was CHity's first & a year away from our last...things haven't been the same since

Yea City went trophy less with Pep
But for real since that day
City and United both have one league title 2013 and 2014
City two league cups, United has one.
United one FA Cup, City have zero.
City have been better in the league but in the trophy department its a wash. There is no hardware for finishing above your rival.
United are in a European cup final and City well we know what happens to them.

Don't tell that to Arsenal fans.
