If neymar goes first it isnt gonna magically make the second guy kick better. Hell it could make him do worse. You never know.

I actually did play haha. Starting down 1-0 is bad. Changing kick taker order doesnt mean you dont go down 1-0.

My argument is its stupid to say you should have had a different order AFTER the guy misses the first one. Its like going to the casino and betting red and after black hits saying "see you should have bet black! Haha idiot"

I mean you are saying you are right because you would have told them to send up their best player first and maybe they couldve won. But you could've done the same to croatia and then they could've lost.

Again, tell me how playing your best players first changes that? You won't be able to.
We can say with certainty that Brazil's best player would have had an opportunity to take a PK. You cannot argue that.
