After playin the pes 2017 demo for the past 2 weeks and reading the early reviews i bit the bullet and purchased pes 2017. And im absolutely loving it. To layin vs the ai is so much better but ive even played 5 or 6 games online and had good matches.anyone on ps4 that is worried about licensed i found an option file and had all the twam logos and jeraeys and names in game in about 10 minutes. Afrer the fifa beta and most of the work going into "followyour journey" mode i had to switch it up. Jim b coke. Try the beta

PES isn't a bad game and has had great gameplay for awhile now. Every goal feels somewhat unique.
But they lack licensing and game modes and that's why I'll never leave FIFA unless that changes.
Also, whether you're shitfaced or not, you are awful at spelling/typing.

Its typing. Im farsighted n no contacts in.
Idk what system ur on but if its ps4 or pc u can have every team full kits and team bames and all in 1 save file. Takes 15 minutes the first time u load it vut after that its just like loading roaters on fifa, it loads with the game

Is there a 15 year manager mode with a youth academy better than FIFA's? Does it allow you to take control of a national team as well?
Or Pro Clubs?
Last I checked there wasn't, but I could be wrong lol.

i used to love pro clubs back in the day when it fielded a full team. hell me and bmac and a couple others on this board used to wreck shite. but pro clubs hasnt gotten any attention from EA in years. i'm not sure if the youth academy is as good as fifas was last year. i felt like fifa just didnt have the gameplay i was hoping they would improve anymore so i tried something different this year and i'm enjoying it. if you like fifa thats fine stick with it this wasnt a post meant to bash it. i've bought every fifa for the past 15 years and only ever bought one pes game before this. i read they finally fixed everything that they had screwed up since 2008 and decided to give it a go and thought i'd forward it this way so some people that may have written off the series like i had might give it a second look. no issues with you man
take care
edit: i like the fifa youth academy but until the gameplay reflects the differences between 2 players besides speed and agility i didnt feel like sinking too much time into developing them

Oh I totally agree with you that FIFA's gameplay is very lackluster lol.
PES trumps FIFA in that regard, I picked it up on sale a couple of years ago and just didn't really find the manager mode or whatever as good as EA's version (even though they haven't updated it in forever).
I'm gonna pick FIFA up again this year though. I'm hoping The Journey can give me a few fun hours.

edit: i like the fifa youth academ
As dumb as this sounds, pretty much all I look forward to every year is starting a manager mode with City and selling every player age 28 and older by the end of year three.
By that time, I only use the younger players and those from the academy. I know the academy recruiting is random, but I get a lot of entertainment just finding guys that will turn into 85+ overall players.

As someone with over 2000 hours the last 7 years of football manager games i cant hate on that lol. There is a youth academt on pes but i havent even touched ir so no clue how it works. I knlw players develop fast if u do good with them in games while they are young
