Yeah, how dare a club challenge Bayern winning the league.

And what’s the deal with that?
How do they get to spend so much?

I’d say the same thing to any PSG fan who said the nonsense you’re saying

If you think Union Berlin or St Pauli supporters don’t like RB because this then I don’t know what to tell you.

But isn’t the PSG ownership what the Bundesliga doesn’t like?
As I know “I’m not European” I’ve never understood why would wouldn’t feel happy that your club is owned by a wealthy person and can literally spend frick you money

Are PSG in the Bundesliga?

50+1 is about keeping the fans and their interests/concerns at the forefront of what the clubs in Germany do. Being *against* that is really weird.

Yet Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg are allowed to be corporately backed.

Because that has so much to do with the Bundesliga and their operating rules.

It is some serious Stockholm syndrome for Americans to bash 50+1 in favor of more corporate influence in sports around the world

No they aren’t but what I’m saying is I’m personally fine with their model and what their ownership has done

Meh.
Fans wanna win

If another Sheikh comes in and buys a team winning 8 leagues in a row, while also raising ticket prices, who fricking cares

The product is the best, so you gotta pay more for it

I have no idea how Leipzig are pushing Bayern in the bundesliga. Whenever I watch them they look like they will never score.

You would have no idea they were down 2-0 entering this game

Idc about the rule or how they do things, I just find a lot of 50+1 fans to be extremely hypocritical in regards to the reception of Leipzig’s climb.

Its a BS defense of PSG way of doing things, which is no different except for being state owned. Id say thats a bit worse than an energy drink company running a team.

For the 50+1 rule, technically Leipzig abides. As we all know theres a work around for everything.

Personally idc who owns or how teams are run. I wish United had an Middle Eastern Shiekh as owner
